●Qing Ting (Dragonfly) Beads Art Workshop
  Established in 1983.Teacher Shir Hsiou-chu makes a living from her creative idea of 
promoting art that is based on the colored glaze beads of the Paiwan culture. Over a 
period of 20 years.she has employed 24 aboriginal women who melt the glass while 
telling stories associated with the different kinds of glass.

● Colored Glaze Beads
For the Paiwan Tribe colored glaze beads are not only like an extension of their own 
body,they also have great significance. In the past a traditional colored glaze bead 
played a vital role in marriage discourse…
