General information

The tour price is calculated based on twin-sharing occupancy per person.The minimum group size per vehicle is 30 people, and the maximum is 40 people. Confirmation of whether the tour will proceed will be notified 3 weeks prior to departure.Upon completion of payment, you will receive a receipt and a Booking Confirmation. Any special requests, preferences, or add-ons must be clearly stated in the Traveler Information Form. Modifications requested after the form is submitted are not guaranteed and will depend on actual supply conditions; additional charges may apply according to the "Fee Schedule."Accommodation is based on Standard Room types as a principle, with actual arrangements depending on the season and availability. If the designated hotel is unavailable, an alternative of the same grade will be provided. Final confirmation will be notified 3 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

What is the cancellation policy for the travel package?

1. Cancellation by the Customer:
The participant may cancel the contract before the start of the tour. Compensation must be made according to the following schedule:
- More than 41 days before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 5% of the total tour price.
- 31 to 40 days before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour price.
- 21 to 30 days before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total tour price.
- 2 to 20 days before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour price.
- 1 day before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price.
- On the day the tour begins or after, or if the participant does not show up without prior notice: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour price.

2. Cancellation by the Travel Agency:
If the travel agency cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), the full payment will be refunded or can be used for a future booking, based on the customer's preference.

Refund Process:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days, based on the original payment method.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also check the status of your booking on our website.

Is travel insurance included in the package?

We provide basic Taiwan travel liability insurance (only during the itinerary). However, we strongly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance for your entire trip to Taiwan for comprehensive coverage.

Can I book additional hotel nights before or after the tour?

Yes, absolutely. If you require additional hotel nights, please contact us, and we will assist with the booking and provide a quote based on your needs.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?

Yes, we do accommodate dietary restrictions such as food allergies, vegan, vegetarian, etc. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking so we can ensure there are alternative meal choices.
