*Qingshui Cliffs and Taroko National Park are currently under repair due to earthquake damage. Visits will be arranged based on their actual reopening status. If they remain closed on the day of travel, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit attractions in Yilan (Kavalan Whisky Distillery) instead.

General information
-This travel offer is priced per person based on a twin share.
-The minimum group size is 30, and the maximum group size is 40 per vehicle. You will be notified 3 weeks in advance whether the tour has met the minimum number of participants.
-Upon purchase, you will receive a receipt and a Booking Confirmation. Please ensure that any special requests, preferences, or optional add-ons are clearly indicated in your Passenger Information Form. Changes made after submitting the form are not guaranteed, depend on availability, and may incur additional charges as detailed in the Schedule of Fees.
-Accommodation/rooms offered are based on a lead-in room type and are subject to availability based on seasonality. In the instance a property is not available, a similar standard of accommodation will be provided.which you will receive 3 weeks before travel.
Inclusions
Transportation: Comfortable and air-conditioned transportation throughout the tour.(Vehicle arrangements will be made based on actual conditions.)
Hotel:As specified in the itinerary. Hotel rooms will be arranged based on availability; if unavailable, a hotel of similar standard will be provided.

Attractions: Entrance tickets to all listed attractions and activities.
Guide: Professional, English-speaking tour guide for the duration of the tour.
Liability Insurance (during the trip): Accidental death coverage for each passenger: NTD 2,500,000 & Medical expenses for injuries due to accidents for each passenger: NTD 100,000.
Gratuities (tips) are included. However, if you are satisfied with the services of the tour guide and driver, you may choose to offer additional tips at your discretion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
-Cancellation by the Participant:
The participant may cancel the contract before the start of the tour. Compensation must be made according to the following schedule:
More than 41 days before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 5% of the total tour price.
31 to 40 days before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour price.
21 to 30 days before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total tour price.
2 to 20 days before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour price.
1 day before the tour begins: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price.
On the day the tour begins or after, or if the participant does not show up without prior notice: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour price.
The compensation is based on the total tour price, with the administrative fees deducted before calculating the damage compensation.
If the tour operator can prove that their actual damages exceed the cancellation fee outlined above, they may request compensation for the actual damages incurred.
-Cancellation by the Operator:
If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, or insufficient participants), participants will receive a full refund.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
A 30%-50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We will confirm the trip's status at least two weeks before departure, at which time the remaining balance will be collected.
What is the cancellation policy for the travel package?
1. Cancellation by the Customer:

2. Cancellation by the Travel Agency:
If the travel agency cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), the full payment will be refunded or can be used for a future booking, based on the customer's preference.
Refund Process:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days, based on the original payment method.
Is travel insurance included in the package?
We provide basic Taiwan travel liability insurance (only during the itinerary). However, we strongly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance for your entire trip to Taiwan for comprehensive coverage.
What is the currency used in Taiwan?
The official currency of Taiwan is the New Taiwan Dollar (TWD). It is recommended to prepare some TWD cash for traveling in Taiwan, as smaller vendors, local markets, and rural areas may not accept credit cards. However, credit cards are widely accepted at hotels, larger restaurants, department stores, and tourist attractions.
