- Cancellation and refund policy differ from one hotel to another.
- Any change or cancellation should be made in writing and received no later than 72 hours of arrival date via e-mail or fax or the room may be released without notice.
- Lion Travel Service Team will send a written confirmation upon receipt of the completed form.
- Rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. Reservations are NOT confirmed until Lion Travel Service Team sends a confirmation letter.
- We will respond within 2 working days with a booking status and online payment information.
- The payment should be paid in NTD by credit card and paid in USD by transfer.
- For any further requisition on the check-in and check-out date, please kindly fill in the column of "Other Requirements".
